Recently we were asked to build a playhouse for the Class Act charity auction in March.  The auction is held to benefit the Kearney Public School system.  The playhouse is 8' X 8' with cedar doors and trim.  The interior is finished and painted drywall with an ACQ deck type floor.  Fisher Roofing installed Presidential asphalt shake shingles and we applied Dryvit finishes to the exterior walls.  The finish is a custom texture applied in two coats with Dryvit's Tuscan Glaze added after the finishes dried to give it an aged appearance.  The brick accents are made with a specially formulated  texture and Dryvit's Custom Brick template system.
